The CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform may require payment of fees for certain features or services. The fees and payment terms will be specified in your account subscription plan. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

 

The CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform and all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation, software, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are owned or licensed by CloudMail.LK and are protected by intellectual property laws.

 

You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any part of the CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform without our prior written consent.

 

 

The CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

 

 

In no event shall CloudMail.LK, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

 

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudMail.LK, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in connection with your use of the CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the CloudMail.LK Email Marketing Platform at any time and without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete any content or data associated with your account.

 

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
